About the Role

Travel Appeal is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to expand the sales network throughout Italy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B industry or in sales of technological services. The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a challenging environment for a company with high ambitions for growth at an international level


The Sales Manager will work closely with the product and marketing teams to promote and sell our products and solutions to potential customers in the hospitality industry while attaining sales targets. The main responsibilities include: 

  • Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions 
  • Manage qualified leads through CRM tools 
  • Develop long-term business relationships 
  • Take part in fairs and events 
  • Collect market feedback 
  • Stay up-to-date with current travel industry trends to develop sales strategies
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Actively participate and provide updates in weekly meetings, as scheduled

Required Qualifications

  • Strong work history in sales (min. 5 years experience) 
  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 
  • Proactive sales approach; assertive and fast-paced, driven to succeed 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of digital and SaaS sales models
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong level of independence and efficiency, with the ability to contribute as a teamplayer 
  • Tech-savvy with interests in travel technology and artificial intelligence 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • A collaborative approach to ensure the success of the whole team
